At PALIROASTS, we believe coffee is more than just a drink it’s a way to connect people, share stories, and stand for values that matter.

Our journey began with a team of Palestinian engineers who first built MCE Group, an international engineering firm founded in 2021. From Gaza to the United States, we proved that determination and expertise can break barriers and create opportunities even in the most difficult circumstances.

But in 2023, life pushed us in a new direction. Out of loss and resilience, we found a deeper purpose: to create something that would carry our values to the world in a way that everyone could share through coffee. And so, PaliRoasts was born.

Every cup of our coffee is crafted with care, but it carries more than flavor. It carries a story of resilience, dignity, and the enduring spirit of the Palestinian people. With every purchase, a portion of sales supports the Palestinian cause, helping to build hope, preserve culture, and strengthen communities.
